Approach area safety
‘Active approach-area protection’ keeps the door open for exactly as long as you need it. - Not a second longer!
Approach area safety package includes:
- infrared presence detectors on both sides for monitoring, type: "MILAN"
- incl. 2 mounting brackets, L=300 mm, for wall and ceiling installation
- incl. cable set for connection to TS971, TS981, FUEx and others
- incl. higher-rated power supply transformer if required

Presence detection immediately around the doorDetects obstacles in the immediate vicinity of the door and prevents closing until the safety area around the door is clear again. This enables a variable hold-open time, keeping the door open for exactly as long as the situation requires. |

AdjustableObjects permanently located near the door can be excluded from detection and do not prevent door operation. |

Safety! - No opening functionThe safety system is NOT active when the door is closed. Unwanted openings are eliminated. The approach-area safety system protects the closing movement and keeps the door open until the safety area is clear again. This allows a very short hold-open time to be set. |
